for just under two years, i kept track of the biggest wieght loss ive ever experienced (lap band) ..or even ever heard of.
Ive lost 190 lbs. I kept track of this, as it progressed on the door in my bedroom. I now have to paint over it. this is very sad. it was a very very big deal.
