Question by Dan: What is more beneficial for metabolism? Breakfast or cardio as first thing completed in the morning?
I've read pros to doing both as a good weight loss method. Was wondering would have the best impact on a sped up metabolism throughout the rest of the day?
Assuming both will be done - just unsure which to do first?
