Question by Christina: Is it okay to exercise rigorously 3 hours per day?
I am an 18 year old college girl, 145 pounds, and overall healthy. I have dealt with eating problems in the past, either not eating at all, or purging to lose weight, but now I have that behind me and want to get in shape.
