Question by Felipe: How to lose weight and gain muscle fast?
I'm 15 and 165 pounds. I know I have a lot of body fat and I just want to lose them. I want to gain muscles too as well. Is there any free diet plan which will allow me to lose weight and also have enough energy and strength in my body? If yes, please give me the full diet plan chart. Is going to gym effective and fast? How long and how many days should I work out a week?
