Question by Chree Cee: How do I lose weight and keep it off?
Hello!
Im a 15 year old female who wishes to be around 130 lbs by May :)
I currently weigh around 170 lbs, am 5'5, and eat healthy foods (no soda or fast food). I take a one mile walk with my dog once a day and take a dance class, but remain the same weight. How can I change my routine to help me lose weight?
Any tips/plans would be appreciated
