A little background: I lift weights heavily 3-4 times a day. I'm a football player, and I play basketball. I plan on joining the army after high school and I need to loose some serious weight. I am 6'2" ( without shoes) and I weigh about 310lbs. My goal is to get down to about 215-220 lbs. So what are some diet tips and exercise tips? (the heavy weightlifting is required
