Question by Sophia: Any weight loss advice for my cousin?
My cousin has been told by her doctor that she needs to lose five pounds. She is age 13 and 5"2 and she is a vegetarian. She isn't athletic, but she, along with her whole family, is naturally skinny; she just put on some weight as a side effect of a medication that she is no longer taking.
She knows all about healthy eating and exercise
