Question by Fjghjh: Need Losing Weight Help?
In the beginning of summer i started a plan to lose 40lbs in 2 months.  Ive only lost 12lbs.  I wanna lose weight but i also want to gain muscle.  How do i gain muscle while still losing fat?  
Also im 195lbs and im 6'2 do i really need to lose that much weight?  I just wanna look normal.
Also any good workouts to lose calories and build up muscle.
