Question by Me: About how many calories and tips to lose weight?
Any weight lose tips are appreciated typical day
Breakfast - black coffee
Lunch- salad no dressing diet coke
Snack- ice and diet coke
Dinner- salad no dressing maybe some tofu or a vegetable
Snack- 1/2 cup popcorn and hot sauce
Dance - 2-3 hour practice at home 1 stretching and practicing
Walk- 30 min walk
