I'm 5'6 and about 130 pounds, 8th grade...my sister is thinner than me and being around her all of the time makes me long to be as thin as her (she's taller than me, too) and so I would like to know if there are any quick ways to lose weight around my waist (them love handles) and thighs...Thanks a lot
