Question by FunkyGurl: Is it ok to have unsweetened almond milk on a weight loss diet?
I normally have fat free milk which is about 90 calories a cup, 13g carbs and 0g fat. I recently tried un sweetened vanilla flavored almond milk, 40 calories a cup, 2g carbs, 3g fat. It tastes really good too! I was wondering if I can have a cup of it per day on my diet...is taking 3g of fat from this a bad idea? How many grams of fat per day
