Question by Thomas L: When blood is responsibly removed from the body, can a person lose weight in a healthy way?
I imagine that removing blood from the body forces the body to use fuel stored in fat to energize the process to create more blood cells.

If this process is done daily and in moderate amounts, can this be a healthy process to remove body fat? What are the side affects?
