Question by Mandy: Do spices such as black pepper or oregano have enough calories to count?
I thought they had 0 but according to my fitness pal 1 teaspoon of oregano has 3 calories and is that really that toxic to my diet that if I don't count that am I not going to lose weight? Do those of you who count calories do you really measure and track herbs & spices such as these? Should I be? I know every little bit
