Question by Annie: What is the pound ratio of weight loss of men to women?
My boyfriend and I are having a weight loss competition to see who can lose more weight by Christmas Eve. (by eating right and exercising not starving ourselves lol) But my mom, who is an RN, says that men lose 3 pounds to every 1 pound that women lose.
