Question by Mike Sellers: Does the cookie diet really work or is it just another gimmick?
I'm really tempted to try one of the cookie diets because I've read some really good things about it and, I have to admit, I am tempted by the stories of fast weight loss. I don't want to be sucked into another failing attempt at weight loss. It it just another "pet rock"? Why or why not... convince me.
