I am 15 year old and I weight 165 pounds (some if that is muscle though). Is there any way to lose weight without a diet and fast, also. Thanks.

Answer by VulcanJust quit eating - you don't have to fast - just look at what you eat and eat half of it. It's about totally impossible for some people - but it works for others.
Also try to ease yourself toward eating
