Question by urbanologie: Medical Weight Loss Centers...does it work without the nutrients?
I am going to the Medical Weight Loss Center (Michigan based center, that's the name of it) and I'm wondering if anyone has tried it without using their nutrients? Or perhaps have tried an alternative to the nutrients they provide? I can't really afford them, but I want to give the diet a try.
