Question by chris: I'm in the army and i need advice on the weight control program?
I was just enrolled in the weight control program at my new unit(pcs'd and unit just got back from downrange) I am 2% over. I also have a documented case of hypothyroidism and take medication everyday. I also have gone to my doctor and had this put in a profile stating that there is a possibility of high BMP due to this
