I want to lose weight quick for summer! I don't have the courage to not eat! I want to wear a 2 piece swim suit for the summmer like my skinny cousins. But I don't know how. I would like it if you answered my question and found me a cost less place or diet where I can lose weight. Thank you and please help. Also may God Bless you.
