i dont need anyone telling me how to live my life i already decided that i need to lose 10 pounds and theres nothing anyone can do to change my mind. Is there any quicker way to lose weight than not eating for a couple days? i dont care if its healthy, i dont care if its safe, i dont care if i gain it all back later, but right now i need to be 10 pounds lighter
